- Credit Score
- Good Credit history with the Bank and other financial institutions makes it easier to qualify
- Stable Income
- This is usually determined via the bank statement. You are expected to provide a 6-month bank statement that gives a comprehensive view of your financial health and behaviour
- Debt-to-Income Ratio (DTI)
- This is your monthly debt payment to your income. To qualify for our loan, DTI must not exceed 33–40%, depending on the loan type.
- Employment History
- Stable employment (being a permanent employee) is a major requirement for our salary loans for at least 6 months in employment, unless under special considerations.
- Collateral
- You must provide an asset as collateral to fully secure the loan for all loan types

- How do I reset my password?
From the login page, select “Forgot Password?”, enter your registered details, and follow the prompts to create a new password using the verification code sent via SMS.
- How do I reset my transaction PIN?
Log in to the app → Go to Profile → Select Change/Reset PIN → Enter your username → Follow the instructions sent to your registered email to set a new PIN.
- How can I adjust or increase my transaction limit?
To request an increase in your transaction limit, kindly send an email to: info@moneytrustmfb.com.
- Can I adjust my account information?
Yes. Simply log in to the app → Go to Profile → Select Personal Data to update your account details
